We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix Gulf Towers unit 1207. The condo looked exactly as it did in the photos. It was even more spacious than expected. (Typically I find that places are smaller in reality than they are made to look in the photos, but that was not the case with this property.) The unit was modern and very clean. The electronic check in process was easy and the key code entry was nice so we didn’t have to worry about keeping track of a key. I had a question about the parking pass, and the property manager responded to my text within a few minutes. The pools, lazy river, and water slide were well maintained. All of these amenities were great for the kids. The kitchen had the basics but didn’t include items such as salt/pepper, dish soap / dishwasher detergent, or coffee filters. These are more “nice to have” items that are sometimes provided in other condos that I’ve rented. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!
