Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Our Stay From 2/1 /26- 3/8/26

We had a very good experience.Loved the condo location,kitchen was very well equipped maybe a bigger coffepot.
Our only complain is the Balconcy furniture. Chairs were very rusty and falling apart. They left rust spots on the balcony floor. I fixed the rusty armrest of the chairs with adhesive paper.
We were happy to get 2 new chairs a week before we left.
We would rent the place again in the future but at the moment a 2 bedroom place is plenty for us.
The heater and Air Coditioner elements could be cleaned a little better.

We enjoed many different restaurants and sights in the area. We have stayed in Orange Beach before but liked Sea Chase Location the best.

Nice Unit

We have stayed in this particular unit several times over recent years.Great hot water, comfortable beds, love the updated furniture in the living room and master bedroom.The unit is well equipped for cooking needs. The only suggestion I would make is that the carpet appears due for a refresh.

Nice Get Away!

Our stay was very nice! The rental staff were very nice and helpful, easy check in and out. Our unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the pools were nice. Loved the security of not only the parking lot but the beach. Also the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful

The condo was nice and clean. Very spacious!!!! Our family of 6 had plenty of room. The pools were wonderful. Very well taken care of. 5 out of 5 stars! Would highly recommend and will be staying here again for our next trip!!!!
