Distraction Charters

Distraction Charters offers private Orange Beach fishing charters for families, children, first-time anglers, and experienced fishermen. Captain Troy Frady has operated out of Orange Beach Marina since 2002 and has earned more than 1,000 five-star Google reviews. Our 41-foot Hatteras accommodates up to six passengers and features an air-conditioned cabin and a clean, private restroom.

We offer 5-, 6-, 8-, and 10-hour fishing trips, including our popular 6-Hour Family Fun Trip and 10-Hour Full-Day Trip for serious anglers who want more time on the water and a wider fishing range. Every trip includes rods, reels, bait, tackle, fishing licenses, and fish cleaning.

Your group gets the entire boat, patient, hands-on help, honest expectations, and a crew that fishes hard on every trip.
