Parrot Heads in Paradise presents Skippin & Sippin 2025

🏃‍♂️ WHAT: 2025 Skippin' & Sippin' 5K & Fun Run/Walk
📅 WHEN: October 25 | 8:00 a.m.
📍 WHERE: LuLu’s Gulf Shores

Join us as we skip and sip to support LOCAL breast cancer patients during Meeting of the Minds 2025. The 5K & Fun Run will take place at LuLu’s at Homeport Marina in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Stick around after the run for an AFTER PARTY and Second Line Tribute to Jimmy Buffett at LuLu’s Gulf Shores after our race!

Pricing:

  • Register by October 10: $30 (ages 13+), $25 (ages 12 & under)
  • Register after October 10: $35 (ages 13+), $30 (ages 12 & under)

Mailed-in Registration Fees:

  • Postmarked by October 10: $30 (ages 13+), $25 (ages 12 & under)
  • Postmarked after October 10: $35 (ages 13+), $30 (ages 12 & under)
  • For no t-shirt, subtract $2.00 from registration total.
  • Processing fee plus sales tax per registration

T-Shirt Deadline:
To guarantee a shirt on race day, applications must be submitted by October 10. VIRTUAL registrants MUST register by October 3.

Awards:
Top male and female Overall and top three male and female in each age group:
9 & under, 10–14, 15–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69, 70–74, 75–80, and 80+.
Fun Run finishers receive ribbons.
