The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. The fully updated cottage features 1 bedroom, 2-bathrooms, a large upstairs loft, a large deck, views of the water (across the street), a gas grill, and two kayaks. It's the ideal location for snowbirds, travel nurses, or a family getaway. It can sleep up to 8.
