Since 1996, we have offered over 30 flavors of delicious homemade cheesecakes. They are made using Kraft Philadelphia cream cheese, fresh whole eggs, Melipone vanilla, pure cane sugar, and juice squeezed from fresh lemons. Each cheesecake is baked for two and a half hours in special rotary ovens that maintain a consistent temperature and protect the cake from the flame.
