Where to Dine After a Round of Gulf Coast Golf
If you are like most golfers, you work up quite the appetite while playing. Check out these Gulf Shores and Orange Beach restaurants for a delicious meal after your round. Whether you’re looking for hearty or healthy, you’ll find it here.

Cobalt the Restaurant
If you want the traditional Gulf Shores and Orange Beach gulfside dining and atmosphere (who doesn’t?), we recommend Cobalt. This visitor and local favorite is open for lunch and dinner. Located right under the Perdido Pass Bridge, the views are amazing! Watch the boats go by from the huge patio under the twinkling lights. Enjoy their delicious American and seafood dishes. We recommend the Paneed Gulf Grouper over sweet pea & asparagus risotto, the tuna and avocado stack served in a sweet Asian sauce, and the legendary firecracker shrimp with a spicy remoulade.
Cosmo’s Restaurant & Bar
This quaint, off-the-beaten-path restaurant and bar is a pet-friendly neighborhood favorite, serving cutting-edge cuisine to locals and tourists year-round. The Year of Alabama Food named their Banana Leaf Wrapped Fish as one of “the top 100 dishes to eat before you die.” If that isn’t enough of a reason to go, Cosmo’s also has more than 16 craft draft beers to choose from for a cold beverage with your meal!

Live Bait Food & Spirits
Home of “live music and dead food,” Live Bait is a locals’ dive bar known for fantastic food and service. Located right across from the beach, this is the perfect spot to grab a drink and sit outside on their newly renovated Tiki Deck and Oyster Bar, or enjoy a more formal sit-down dinner with your golf buddies in the dining room. The nightlife is legendary, featuring regular karaoke nights, and live music just about every night.
Tacky Jacks
Voted the “Best Local Hangout” and “Best Island Atmosphere,” Tacky Jacks is a laid-back, casual joint. Whether there to grab a bite to eat or a cold beverage, be sure to try their bushwacker. Happy hour runs from 2 until 6 p.m. daily, and fresh seafood and more is served up indoors and out. Located right on the water, the views can’t be beat – and the live music is top-drawer! There are three Tacky Jacks locations to serve you – Orange Beach, Fort Morgan and Gulf Shores. Stop by for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
