NCAA Beach Volleyball Championship
May 2-4, 2025
Witness history being made during the NCAA Beach Volleyball Championship in Gulf Shores as the champion is crowned Sunday, May 4. The action begins on Friday, May 2. The final two teams will play for the championship crown on Sunday morning. Five collegiate courts and five practice courts are set up on our beautiful white-sand beaches.
The student-athletes, coaches and fans will bring their intensity and love for the sport to the Alabama Gulf Coast and leave it all on the beach until there’s one team left standing. Alabama's Beaches Sports & Events, the city of Gulf Shores, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) have hosted this event since its inaugural tournament in 2016 and are thrilled to host again this year.

Friday, May 2: Duals played from 8 am to 5 pm
Saturday, May 3: Duals played from 9 am to 4:30 pm
Sunday, May 4: Championship dual 9:30 am

Gates open one hour before the first game each day. If you can’t be here in person, you can still catch all the live action on the ESPN family of networks with the championship dual on the flagship ESPN network. Broadcast coverage details will be updated as the competition progresses, so check back for the latest. Times are CT and are subject to change.

Enjoy every dual Friday–Sunday (May 2–4, 2025) from a covered, elevated platform overlooking the three Championship courts. Includes complimentary snacks, water, Coca-Cola products, a full-service cash bar, and a 2025 Official Program. Fan Experience ticket holders also have first-come, first-served Courtside seating access.

Admission to all duals Friday–Sunday, May 2–4, with tiered seating on Courts 1–3 and beach-chair seating on Courts 4–5. Seating is first-come, first-served.

Access to all duals Friday–Sunday, May 2–4. Enjoy bleacher seating (based on availability) or bring your own beach towel.

What Can I Bring?
- Bring your sunscreen, hats, and empty reusable water bottles! It can get warm on our beaches in May, so we encourage you to wear light, comfortable clothing.
- Chairs are not permitted into the event, but attendees can bring towels and blankets to sit on.
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed; however, attendees can purchase food and drinks from The Hangout and food vendors inside the event area.
- Free water stations are available to fill up cups and bottles.
- Professional cameras and drones are not permitted.
- Bags will be checked upon entering the event area.
