During this 3½–4-hour hands-on experience, you'll create your own knife from premium high-carbon steel while learning from experienced instructors in a fun, relaxed, and beginner-friendly environment. No previous experience is necessary—all tools, materials, and safety equipment are provided.

For typical class sizes, final professional sharpening takes about 30 minutes.
