Explore and Observe at Graham Creek Nature Preserve
Starting: 9:00 AM
Join us for Explore and Observe the Preserve Days, a series of free, family-friendly events held at the Outdoor Classroom (23460 Wolf Bay Drive, NOT THE INTERPRETIVE CENTER). These outdoor programs offer engaging activities designed to connect children with nature and foster a love for learning. In the event of severe weather, please check for updates or cancellations.
Each session begins with a nature-themed story at 9:00 a.m., followed by an engaging lesson paired with a hands-on activity or a creative craft related to the days theme.
Lessons and activities are tailored for elementary-age children and are designed to encourage interaction between children and their accompanying adults.
Important Notes
Due to limited resources and staffing, these events are best suited for individual families.
If your large group is interested in participating, please contact the Interpretive Center office at 251-923-4267. We will do our best to arrange a customized experience to meet your needs.
Parents are asked to remain with their child at all times during this program.
