Chris Andrews is the founder and CEO of Bienville Bites Food Tour in Mobile, Alabama, and Taste of Fairhope Tour in Fairhope, Alabama. Born in Mobile, Chris grew up with a passion for local history and food, which he combined in 2017 to launch Bienville Bites, Mobile’s first walking food tour. Bienville Bites has received national recognition as one of the best food tours in America, consistently earning top-five finishes in USA Today’s 10Best competition in 2023, 2024, and 2025.

In the fall of 2020, Chris and his wife Laney expanded their vision across Mobile Bay with the Taste of Fairhope tour, allowing guests to experience the food, drink, and unique culture of downtown Fairhope.
Chris is passionate about connecting people through food, drink, and storytelling. He is a graduate of Leadership Mobile, host of the Port City Plate Podcast, and author of “A Culinary History of Mobile.” He was recognized as one of Mobile Bay Magazine’s “40 Under 40” Class of 2025, honoring influential young professionals in the region.
