Part of the Learning Campus' "The Science of Nature" mini-series, an educational mini-series for adults. The perfect way to discover the beauty of Gulf State Park while connecting with fellow nature lovers.

GULF HISTORY & FOSSILS: Journey through time to discover how Gulf State Park and the surrounding Gulf Coast has changed over the course of millions of years. Begin the class with a guided history walk led by an educator to discuss recent history and travel back in time to the Ice Age! Then, return to the campus and participate in a fossil dig to uncover the mysteries of time like a paleontologist and identify fossils & shells.
