The Wine Educational Series: Stepping into Burgundy

Pack your (metaphorical) bags - The Hope Farm is bringing guests to France! Guests will join Wine Director Will Jones to taste through the famous French growing region of Burgundy, known for producing some of the world's most sought-after wines.

Throughout this class, guests will taste Chardonnay, Aligoté, and Pinot Noir from four different producers in the region. Jones will discuss soil types, vinification methods, and what makes each wine so unique. Sous Chef Emily Sherrer has crafted small bite pairings for each wine.
