On Monday, April 13, indulge in a thoughtfully crafted multi-course menu, each dish expertly paired to complement exceptional wines.
The evening begins with a cocktail hour at 6 p.m., followed by dinner service at 7 p.m., where every course is designed to transport you straight to the heart of Italy.
From fresh, house-made pastas to perfectly balanced pairings, this is more than dinner. Its an experience meant to be savored, one course at a time.

First Course
Villa Sparina Gavi dei Gavi, Piedmont, Italy
Crispy Goat Cheese Salad: Mixed greens with Valencia and blood orange segments, candied fennel, and toasted hazelnuts with a four-citrus vinaigrette
Second Course
Zenato Valpolicella Classico, Veneto, Italy
Chicken Piccata: A pan-seared paillard finished with the traditional lemon juice and capers, and served with a lemon risotto with preserved lemon
Third Course
Melini Chianti Riserva, Tuscany, Italy
Beef Short Rib: Slowly braised and glazed tender short rib served with potato gnocchi with marinara and Parmesan cheese
Dessert Course
Zonin Prosecco, Veneto, Italy
Our version of Ice Cream and Cake. Salted caramel semifreddo served with warm almond cake and croccante, an Italian almond praline.
