Mobile Bay Estuary Corps

The Mobile Bay Middle School Estuary Corps is an educational program that engages students through online career awareness videos and hands-on activities that explore
and improve our estuarine systems.

Who can apply: Alabama students currently in 6th or 7th grade.

Dates: Thursday, Friday and Saturday, June 11-13, 2026 Time: 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Cost: $90.00

Activities include:
• Team building exercises and learning about Alabama's Underwater Forest,
oyster restoration and the Mobile Bay Watershed.
• Touring Gulf State Park, a fish hatchery, and the new Gulf Coast Eco
Center.
• Exploring the Dauphin Island Sea Lab's Alabama Discovery vessel and
learning about seagrass, sea turtles and our amazing wildlife.
