Parrot Heads in Paradise Present: Skippin & Sippin 5k & Fun Run/Walk

Join us as we skip and sip to support LOCAL breast cancer patients during Meeting of the Minds 2025. The 5K & Fun Run will take place at LuLu’s at Homeport Marina in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Stick around after the run for an AFTER PARTY and Second Line Tribute to Jimmy Buffett at LuLu’s Gulf Shores after our race!

T-Shirt Deadline:
Applications must be submitted by October 10 to guarantee a shirt on race day, and virtual registrants must register by October 3.

Awards:
Top male and female Overall and top three male and female in each age group:
9 & under, 10–14, 15–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69, 70–74, 75–80, and 80+.
Fun Run finishers receive ribbons.
