Savor a beautifully curated four-course dinner for $75 per person, accompanied by live music from special guest Jesse Hill, a regular performer at the Scarlett Pearl Casino Resort. It will be a night of vino, musica, and cucina italiana at its finest.

Our featured course of the evening will be Tuscan-Style Spare Ribs with balsamic glaze, served over roasted potatoes with roasted Mediterranean vegetables, perfectly paired with Fonterutoli Poggio Badiola Rosso.
