Alabama’s Beaches does not independently verify and expressly disclaims any liability for the accuracy, completeness, or currency of such information, including but not limited to availability, rates, descriptions, and any other hotel-related data displayed on the website. 

All prices displayed, including applicable fees and taxes, are provided by the external service provider and represent the total cost for the selected accommodations to the extent communicated by the provider. 

Alabama’s Beaches does not store or process customer credit card information directly. All payment information entered by users is securely transmitted to the third-party service provider via a PCI-compliant solution for the sole purpose of completing the booking transaction.
