Firecracker Oysters Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 dozen oysters on the half shell OR 2 dozen shucked oysters
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 2/3 grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 grated Romano cheese
- 24 slices of pickled jalapeños
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
Directions
For Shelled Oysters (Recommended)
- Preheat the top broiler in the oven to 450° F.
- Spread oysters onto a sheet pan, pizza pan, or other type of baking sheet.
- Place one slice of jalapeño on each oyster.
- Divide the alredo sauce evenly between oysters. (Depending on oyster size, you may have leftover sauce.)
- Liberally divide the cheese and parsley among the oysters.
- Place 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water into the bottom of the pan.
- Place in the oven and broil for 4-5 minutes until the tops are light golden brown.
- Carefully remove from the oven and place on a serving dish.
- Garnish with lemon and enjoy!
For Shucked Oysters
- Preheat the top broiler in the oven to 450° F.
- Using two 12-count muffin tins, line 24 muffin tin cups with foil muffin cups.
- Place one oyster in each muffin cup.
- Place one jalapeño on each oyster.
- Divide the alredo sauce evenly between oysters. (Depending on oyster size, you may have leftover sauce.)
- Liberally divide the cheese and parsley among the oysters.
- Place in the oven and broil for 3-5 minutes until the tops are light golden brown.
- Carefully remove from the oven and place on a serving dish.
- Garnish with lemon and enjoy!
