#GSOBFoodie Twitter Party Celebrates Alabama Food on July 25, 2014

We’re celebrating the Alabama Gulf Coast’s rich heritage of coastal cuisine mixed with southern flavors with The Art of Alabama Food Exhibit. The exhibit has traveled the country to New York and Atlanta, and now it’s here in Orange Beach. The photographic exhibit celebrates the list of “100 Dishes to Eat in Alabama Before You Die.” If that doesn’t sound like a bucket list, we don’t know what does!

We’re continuing the celebration with a Twitter Party on Friday, July 25 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., central. Login online for a virtual taste of Alabama beaches and follow the hashtag #gsobfoodie. Our onsite blogger and foodie extraordinaire, Jay Ducote of Bite & Booze, will lead the party with a host of prizes from restaurants featured in the list of “100 Dishes to Eat in Alabama Before You Die.”

Follow our #gsobfoodie Twitter Party team on Friday at the following Twitter handles:
• Jay Ducote, Bite & Booze
• Susan Benton, 30aEats
• Donna Currie, Cookistry
• Milisa Armstrong, Miss in the Kitchen
• Heather Scholten, Farmgirl Gourmet

Don’t forget to follow the official Alabama Gulf Coast Twitter page, too! Once you’ve followed all the bloggers, follow the #gsobfoodie party hashtag. Join in the conversation! Tell us what you’ve tried on the “100 Dishes” list or what you can’t wait to try. Post your own food photos and get ready to win fun prizes, too.
