While Alabama beaches are a wonderful vacation destination any time of year, (I’m partial to Christmas too!) fall remains our favorite time to visit. I just know you’ll “Fall for Alabama Beaches” too.

Leaves are falling, Autumn is calling
The kids are back in school and the summer surge has abated. The traffic isn’t bad and you can spread out on the beach and almost feel like you have it all to yourself!
There generally won’t be long wait times at the many Gulf Shores or Orange Beach restaurants either.
It’s warm enough to enjoy the water and bask in the sun, but not so hot that you’ll break a sweat just sitting there. The water temperature is perfect too.
Visiting Alabama in the fall can save you a bundle. You’ll enjoy off-peak rates on beach accommodations in addition to the low crowds and gorgeous weather. We stayed at a Young’s Suncoast vacation rental and couldn’t have been happier. Rain? No problem. Take a dip in the indoor heated pool!
And the view from the rooms can’t be beaten!
