Mardi Gras: Feb. 9-13 – It’s not just one event, it’s many! Join us for a family-style Mardi Gras and let the good times roll with parades by Mystic Orders and even a boat parade.

44th Annual Festival of Art: March 10-11 – Celebrate the performing, visual and fine arts. Admire works by glass artists, potters, textile artists and more, and bring home a treasure or two.

2018 Wharf Boat & Yacht Show: March 22-25 – More than $90 million in boats and marine products take center stage at The Wharf in Orange Beach. Tour luxury yachts and even pick out your next purchase!

2018 Waterway Village Zydeco & Crawfish Festival: April 14 – Woowee! Come on over for beaucoup kinds of fun, live entertainment and crawfish during this annual festival. The crawfish pots start boiling at 10 a.m.

Interstate Mullet Toss and Gulf Coast’s Greatest Beach Party: April 27-29 – One of the biggest beach parties on the Gulf Coast! Toss a mullet across the state line to raise money for local charities and youth organizations.

2018 National Collegiate Beach Volleyball Championship: May 4-6  – Watch the country’s top collegiate talent battle it out for bragging rights in Gulf Shores.

Hangout Music Festival in Gulf Shores AL

The Hangout Music Festival 2018: May 18-20 – Don’t miss three days of music by the industry’s hottest bands and artists. This annual event is held right on the beach in Gulf Shores.

2018 Blue Marlin Grand Championship of the Gulf: July 10-15 – Join us for an event billed as “the greatest show in sportsfishing” at The Wharf. This event has been recognized as one of the Top 20 Events in the Southeast.

The Wharf Uncorked Wine & Culinary Event: Sept. 13-15 – In addition to tastings of delicious food from award-winning chefs, more than 150 labels of wine will be on hand for sampling.

The 15th Annual John L. Borom Alabama Coastal BirdFest: Oct. 3-6 – The Alabama Gulf Coast is a prime spot to see birds during their fall migration. This event attracts visitors from 27 states and Canada. There are more than 30 guided tours, dinner events, workshops and more.

47th Annual National Shrimp Festival: Oct. 11-14 – Thousands of pounds of fresh, Gulf shrimp are served at the annual National Shrimp Festival. Enjoy more than 80 hours of live music, hundreds of arts and crafts vendors, and a Children’s Activity Village.
