Gulf Shores & Orange Beach

 

Lodging tax increases are planned in both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. The city of Gulf Shores is implementing a 2% tax increase beginning September 2022. Orange Beach will increase lodging taxes by 2% in May 2023. And in September 2023, both cities will implement an additional 1% lodging tax, bringing the total lodging tax rate for each city to 10% of gross proceeds.
