Fish Around for Your Best Photo and Enter This Facebook Contest
Do you have a prized catch from your last freshwater fishing outing? We hope someone snapped a photo of you with it! If so, be sure to enter the Alabama Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries (WFF) newest Facebook contest. If you haven't cast your line in
a while, there's still time to get in on the action. Contest registration is open until May 14, 2014.
WFF invites anglers of all ages to enter its Facebook photo contest. There are three categories for entries: Youth, under age 16; Ladies, age 16 and up; and Big Fish, open to any age or gender and any species of freshwater fish found in the state. Participants should spread the word about their entries to generate "likes" on their photos. The entries with the most "likes" in each category will have their photos published in the 2014-15 Alabama Hunting and Fishing Digest.
To enter the contest, submit your photos to Traci Wood at [email protected] with the subject "Facebook Photo Contest." Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and where the photo was taken. If you have a story associated with the photo, include it in the email as well. Then, watch the WFF Facebook page for your photo and share it with your friends and family.
