Order of the Rolling River Mardi Gras Parade

Geographically, between Dauphin Island and downtown Mobile, there's a lot of territories but within that area is the Order of the Rolling River, a smallish band of folks established in 1999 and proudly committed to putting on a Mardi Gras parade and ball for their part of the world: South Dauphin Island Parkway.
