Located at Beach Club Resort, The Fort Morgan Oyster Fest is a two-day food festival serving delicious, fresh oysters from local farms in almost every way imaginable - fried, grilled, baked, and raw. This year’s annual event takes place on Saturday, February 28, and Sunday, March 1, and features live music, artist booths, a cornhole tournament, and more festival fun.

Tickets include all-you-can-eat oysters from local Fort Morgan farms, Navy Cove and Admiral Shellfish Co. From briny and cream to buttery and sweet, the festival offers a variety of oysters, both raw and cooked. Additional food, including non-seafood options, is available at the buffet, and beer and cocktails can be purchased separately.

When attendees finish slurping down oysters, they can browse the over 40 arts and crafts vendors set up across the festival site. The booths will feature a variety of handmade goods, including jewelry, woodworking, paintings, clothing, décor, and more, from local artists and businesses.

Festival goers should keep their ears peeled for the sweet sounds of live music coming from the music stage. Throughout the weekend, local musicians will be performing for guests to enjoy as they dine. Many attendees let the tunes guide them to the grassy area for a bit of dancing.

Kids' Zone

Even if they don’t like oysters, kids will still have a blast at the Fort Morgan Oyster Fest. They can reach new heights on the rock wall or test out their cowboy on the mechanical shark. Other activities in the Kids' Zone include face painting, balloon creations, color station, hula hoops, and more. Kids 10 years old and under receive free entry into the festival.

On Sunday afternoon, festival goers can compete in the cornhole tournament and toss for cash prizes. Registration is at 12 pm, and the tournament begins at 1 pm. First place receives $700, second place wins $400, and third place gets $300.

General admission tickets are $75 and include AYCE oysters, a food buffet, non-alcoholic beverages, and access to arts and crafts vendors. Entry is at 12 pm. VIP admission is $120 and includes all the above as well as a VIP tent with exclusive oyster and bar access, private restrooms, designated parking, and early entry to the festival. New to the festival this year are super VIP tickets for $250. These provide attendees with an adults-only experience featuring a raw bar, a Bloody Mary bar, exclusive oyster varieties and toppings, and several other premium offerings.
