- 1 refrigerated pizza dough
- 4 oz of pesto
- 6 oz of diced grilled chicken
- 2 oz of roasted sliced mushrooms
- 3 oz of artichoke hearts
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz fresh small mozzarella balls
Directions
Spread pesto evenly on the dough. Spread shredded mozzarella on the dough. Arrange toppings evenly (chicken, mushrooms, artichokes, and fresh mozzarella). Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes.
