Vinny's Pizzeria

Desoto's

A stop at DeSoto’s Seafood Kitchen will yield daily homestyle lunch specials for only $11.50. Choose from fried shrimp, blackened catfish, grilled chicken, and more good eats. Each meal has two sides, including homestyle favorites like fried green tomatoes, green beans, turnip greens, sweet potato casserole, corn fritters, and more. Finish your lunch off with a bushwacker for just $6.

The Beli

Grab a few fresh sandwiches to go at The Beli and plan a beach picnic. This cute spot is located at The Wharf and serves specialty sandwiches and salads, all under $15. Favorites include the Surfer Dude, a crab and shrimp seafood salad served on a toasted hero roll, and the Big Momma, which comes with melted provolone and feta, turkey, jalapeños, raspberry jam, and hot sauce on toasted sourdough. This deli also offer classics like PB&Js and turkey and cheese for the kids.

Luna's

Head to Luna’s Eat & Drink in Orange Beach for a delicious and affordable lunch. For just $10 or $11, you can order a meat and three sides from their lunch menu. Choose from mahi-mahi, popcorn shrimp, Nashville hot chicken, and other delectable options, then pair them with three of Luna’s excellent sides, like buttermilk mashed potatoes or smoked cheddar grits. With the money you save, you can treat yourself to one of the many beers on tap.

Homemade Southern cooking feeds both the stomach and the soul. Chicken dumplins, smothered pork, and country-fried steak are just a few of the tempting options on Kitty’s Kafe's daily special menu. Shrimp Basket

Sundays through Thursdays, diners can chow down on AYCE seafood at the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach locations. Cosmo’s

If you’re not sure what you’re in the mood for, head to Cosmo’s. This spot is renowned for its distinctive dishes that blend global flavors with a Southern twist. Diners can affordably savor Cosmo’s one-of-a-kind meals by ordering off the $10 lunch special menu. Offerings include fried rice, shrimp etouffee, fried catfish, fried shrimp, and a tuna poke bowl.

Hotdogs

Beach trips call for hot dogs, and Alabama’s Beaches have several spots grilling up heaven in a bun. Open from 11 am to 3 pm, Wacked Out Weiner offers a single dog combo for $6.99 that includes an all-beef hot dog with unlimited toppings, chips, and a drink. Over in Orange Beach, Billy’s Gourmet Hotdogs boasts a variety of signature hot dogs loaded with all the must-have toppings, sauces, and spices for $5.95.

Lauria’s

Every weekday, Lauria’s offers $10 specials, including Meatball Mondays, Roast Beef Tuesdays, Lasagna Lovers' Thursdays, and Flatbread Fridays, where guests can indulge in delectable meals for a great value. On Wednesdays, you can score $10 bottles of house wine. Best of all, these specials are available all day at both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach locations.

Doc’s Seafood Shack

We like our seafood fried to perfection in the South. If you’re craving crispy, golden shrimp or fish, plan a lunch at Doc’s Seafood Shack, a staple within the community. Doc’s has been serving the “best fried shrimp in the civilized world” for more than four decades. The restaurant’s blue-plate lunch specials are served weekdays from 11 am to 2 pm and include one entrée and two sides for $11.99.

Pub 6
