Those who prefer to travel on two wheels explore the island with a bike rental. Many areas of Alabama’s Beaches are also walkable, making it easy to get around to different attractions and restaurants on foot. Most Gulf-front properties along Perdido Beach Boulevard are within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the beach, making your lodging choice the key to a truly car-free trip.

Getting groceries delivered to your Gulf Shores or Orange Beach rental is simple, and definitely beats hauling bags without a car. Spend more time on the beach and less time in the store by having your groceries delivered. Gulf Shores grocery stores that offer delivery include Walmart, Rouses, Publix, and Target. Orange Beach stores with grocery delivery include Publix, Rouses, and Walmart. Most major grocery apps (Instacart, Walmart+, and store-direct delivery) serve both cities. 

On Alabama’s Beaches, everyone deserves to soak up some sun and relax by the waves. Those with limited mobility can enjoy a hassle-free beach trip thanks to local beach wheelchair rentals.
