Listing Tips
With so many accommodations for guests to choose from, it can be tricky to make your property stand out among the rest. We want your listing to showcase your property in a way that encourages guests to view, book, and stay at your accommodation. To help facilitate bookings, we've compiled a list of ways to improve your property and Staysense listing. Click on each file below to view and download useful tips.
Reviews
We encourage you to share your reviews with StaySense if possible. Reviews are only pulling in if they are shared via the PMS. We understand that some PMSs don't have the capability to send reviews via the StaySense integration. Staysense is currently working on a way for guests to write reviews directly on the platform that will auto-populate on all listings.
Reviews are essential for promoting your listing and help encourage guests to book with you. If possible, we highly recommend enabling any review and messaging automation available within your PMS to increase customer engagement.
Cancellation Policies
If you haven’t already, please send your cancellation policy directly to Staysense via email. Listings with a cancellation policy perform better on the platform than those without. We highly recommend clearly outlining your cancellation policy on your listings.
