Breathe in, breathe out. It’s time to soak up the fresh air and explore the great outdoors on the Alabama Gulf Coast. We hate to brag, but we have some of the best natural settings in the country, and you can take advantage of these special spots for meetings.

Let’s meet up, shall we?

Meeting space at Big Beach Brewing Company

1. Relax and enjoy a casual outdoor meeting at Big Beach Brewing Company in Gulf Shores. This venue allows your creativity to flow while away from a traditional office setting. Sip on locally brewed beer straight from their taproom.

2. At the Gulf State Park Pavilion, you can enjoy a meeting directly on the beach or in the shade under the pavilion’s curved roof. With the waves as your background music and a salty breeze adding ambiance, your attendees will genuinely enjoy this wonderfully atypical conference setting. The venue offers plenty of room to spread out, air-conditioned restrooms and gorgeous views.

3. The Sands at The Wharf offers an outside patio area seating 60 attendees. Enjoy the view of The Wharf’s buzzing Main Street and stay late for their unforgettable Spectra Sound & Light Show. With a variety of dinner spots situated among shopping and entertainment opportunities, your group won’t have to go far to enjoy their post-meeting hours. This upscale meeting space will have your attendees looking forward to returning year after year.

The Learning Campus at Gulf State Park

4. Heron Pointe delivers top-notch hospitality. This Southern plantation home located at The Wharf includes two bars within the 10,580 square feet, accommodating up to 400 people. Furnished outdoor porches and gazebos encourage attendees to sip a glass of sweet tea as they casually network between meetings, and the distinguished character of this setting is sure to impress your attendees.

5. The Learning Campus at Gulf State Park will allow your team to get outside and enjoy a bird’s eye view of the nine distinct ecosystems here on the Alabama Gulf Coast. Offering overnight accommodations, the campus provides an adventure your attendees won’t forget.

6. The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo is a great way to entertain your attendees at your meeting. The zoo boasts the Safari Club, the first “green-certified” restaurant in Alabama, and offers group rates to tour the zoo as well as several outdoor spaces, including a large pavilion, showcase areas with bleachers and a couple of meeting-specific indoor/outdoor areas. Schedule animal interactions for your attendees and let their wild side show a little at this venue.
